A hi-fi working prototype for my first portfolio project (Google UX Design course)
This "almost" case study is based on the project prompt which I chose earlier during the course. Since it's for the educational purpose, and the product, Bakery N1 is a fictional, instead of the full case study, I will list only key points, course guidelines and hi-fi working prototype for you to have fun! Don't hesitate to share your thoughts and tips below. Once I am finished with the course, I will write a full review with the updated case study.

UX designer
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wire-frames, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility and iterating on design.
The product: Bakery N1, a local establishment whose target customer is too busy to bake celebratory cakes and desserts. The highlight is wide spectrum of cakes and competitive pricing.
The goal: Design an app that allows users to customize their orders, offer delivery and schedule in advance solution.
User research pain points: User research has revealed that the main users of the bakery are the working adults, who are too busy to visit or call the bakery to make an order, it appeared that some group of users prefer to design their own cakes. Another problem was lack of delivery option and text heavy menus.
Research methods: personas (fictional users) and user journey maps.
Design studio: inspiration (Wolt, Glovo ordering apps)
wireframes and lo-fi prototypes:
key findings from two round of usability studies:
fast sign up and automatic sign in, order customization problem in general, uncertainty about "notes", lack of scheduling orders in advance, vague payment process, recent orders and calendar view.
high-fidelity design:
